Department of Prosthodontics & Crown and Bridge at Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai conducted a 2 day CDE program on “Tilted Implants” on the 5th and 6th of September 2023 with Dr. Rajesh Shivhare as the keynote speaker.
The program was a grand success under the able guidance of Dr. Wasundhara Bhad, Dean, GDC&H, Mumbai and organized by Dr. Jyoti Tembhurne, Professor and HOD, Department of Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge.
The CDE program began with a Live Demonstration of Surgery performed by Dr. Rajesh Shivhare and a highly interactive lecture series on “Pterygoid Implants”.
The second day of the CDE Programme saw another rich lecture series session by Dr. Rajesh Shivhare on “Zygomatic Implants” along with a guest lecture by Dr. Vinayak Shirsekar on “Introduction to Guided Implantology”.
The last session of the 2-day CDE Programme was a highly applauded workshop that allowed every participant to get a Hands-on experience of placing Pterygoid and Zygomatic implants on 3D-printed models.
